Prior to that, Ekaterina was heading the IT Infrastructure department for a fintech company (Yolt), after having various technical, engineering and management roles within ING Bank (in the Netherlands). Next to that in 2010, Ekaterina started a community WISE (Women In Software Engineering) to connect and bring together women all around the world that were driven and passionate about technology and engineering

Chiedza Muguti is an experienced and assiduous Product Leader focussed on product management and product marketing in financial services, driving the successful and impactful product deliveries. Bringing people together; developing and delivering innovative digital solutions; leading incredibly talented teams and bringing out the best in people is what keeps her motivated every day. Principal Manager at Software Engineering Incubator Factory at Vodafone Business Technology, with more than 8 years of experience in the technology industry, Yasmina leads a multidisciplinary software engineering development area combining frontend, backend, cloud and data technology. She helps develop telecommunications technology products for companies such as IoT and MPN, among others, which make Vodafone a leader in solutions for industry 4.0 transformation.

Rija is an Engineerling Leader at Facebook. She has held positions like CTO at MarketInvoice in London. Prior to MarketInvoice, she was Senior Director of Engineering at Wealthfront. Originally from Canada, she moved to the Bay Area to pursue a career in engineering by first learning about the gaming industry at Zynga. While at Wealthfront, she managed the core platform, and her work included a massive 2+ years of endeavor to build Wealthfront’s new operating system. Outside of work, Rija is passionate about diversity in STEM and since high school has been mentoring minorities.
