Our vision

The tech industry is faced with a shortage of women. We believe every boy and girl should have the opportunity to become a creator of technology.

We’re addressing the root of the problem – the lack of girls considering technology as a career. That’s why we put 12.5% of our recruitment fees back into STEM education to support the advancement of girls in tech.
