Simana is Global VP of Engineering for Risk & Compliance at SumUp. Simana is also an executive board director  and champion of AI across the company. In parallel with her current role, she is also a member of the Forbes Technology Council. Simana strongly believes that leadership is a privilege and an opportunity which she will continue to champion more equity and diversity in the industry.

Esther is an established leader with several years in managing technical teams for high-growth and established organisations. She has a passion for nurturing and mentoring tech talent and pays particular attention to developing talent with a DE&I lens with the hopes of making a positive impact to her workplace and society in general.

Ivana is a well-rounded, versatile leader with a range of previous experiences that have eventually led her to become Group CTO at Cognism. Prior to her current position, she’s also played the role of CEO & Co-Founder for Zoya, and online service marketplace for service providers. Before joining the team at Cognism and quickly climbing the ranks to CTO, she held other engineering leadership positions at companies like Medal.tv, and Buffer where she fully rose to the occasion to become a leader.

Carina is a seasoned leader currently serving as the Interim Chief Information Officer at Solaris SE, with a background marked by impactful roles such as Vice President of Engineering previously. With a career spanning over a decade, she has consistently demonstrated strategic leadership and technical expertise. Beyond her corporate achievements, Carina has dedicated over 15 years to volunteering with Femtec.Alumnae e.V. and has been actively shaping the Berlin C++ Meetup as a Co-Organizer since May 2019.

Aideen is a Senior Engineering Manager at Bumble, having previously worked as Director of Engineering at Travelport, after which she’s completing a masters in Artificial intelligence specialising in Algorithmic Bias. She is passionate about building collaborative and inclusive engineering teams, and in particular about dispelling the myth of the “talent pipeline” the often used excuse for the lack of Women and other underrepresented groups in Engineering. She is originally from Ireland and has exercised her passion for travel by taking advantage of the flexibility the Tech industry offers. She is currently enjoying life in Barcelona, Spain.
