As Head of Data Science and part of the Executive Team at Digital Surgery she built, grew and managed technical teams to deliver data-driven products.
As the CTO of Vinehealth, Georgina is responsible for all engineering, product and regulatory activities and was recently listed on the Forbes 30 under 30 list. She has a particular passion for encouraging women in science, engineering, technology and maths careers and is an angel investor in women-led startups
Jessica Holzbach is a serial Fintech entrepreneur and CEO of Pile Capital, a Crypto-as-a-service company giving access to blockchain and Defi products for startups and neobanks, that raised 2.8m in a pre-seed venture capital round. Previously she co-founded Penta and served as its Chief Customer Officer on the Management Team for over 4.5 years since its inception to scale with over 30.000 customers, +150 employees, and more than a 70million in venture funding collected. She started her career by studying General Management before completing her Master in Finance.
Jessica worked as a digital strategy consultant for banks and insurance companies. She founded her first company in 2016 and was honored by Forbes on the “30 under 30” list, Capital on “Top 40 under 40” and won the German Startup Award of 2021. Next to her company, she is advising fintechs, a seasoned speaker at startup and finance events, and Angel Investor in early-stage companies and funds.

Doctorly is a fully digital system for doctors that takes practise efficiency to a whole new level, saving doctors time, money and providing deeper digital connections to their patients.
Steinunn is the CTO and founder of Totoli, a Berlin-based start-up helping kids navigate the digital world. She has over 15 years of experience in the Media Tech industry, as a researcher, hands-on engineer, and leader. Before founding Totoli she was a Senior Director of Engineering at Native Instruments, a leading manufacturer of software and complementary hardware for music production and DJ-ing, where she led a team of 80 engineers.
Throughout her career, she has constantly pushed forward on innovation and the use of emerging technology in product creation – especially focusing on accessibility and how to onboard future generations to music and media technology in a sustainable way.
Steinunn holds a B.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Iceland and an M.A. in Music Science and Technology and an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, both from Stanford University.
