Recognising and celebrating the contributions of female leaders is essential, not only for promoting diversity and inclusion but also for providing role models for the next generation of women interested in pursuing tech careers, encouraging them to overcome barriers and pursue leadership positions.

Meet Xena's Leadership Winner 2023
Chiedza Muguti, Chief Product Officer at Alteos.
Chiedza is an established product leader who has built her career based on two things she loves: People and Creativity. She leads by means of 5 principles handed over to her by her Grandmothers and Parents: empathy, consistency, dignity, fairness and respect.
Nominees should be:
1. In a leadership position in tech
2. Based in Europe
3. Must have a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience
4. Demonstrated a flare for innovation, risk and achievement with quantitative evidence of success and growth
5. A passion for women in tech and girls in STEM
