This Award is dedicated to highlighting the work that is being done behind the scenes, from setting up internal D&I initiatives, ERG groups, to closing the pay gap and everything in between. Companies can drive progress, set the standard, and lead by example in shaping the D&I agenda.

5. Acknowledges their role and impact on the progression of women in the industry

When it comes to early career opportunities, our Tech Graduate program offers fresh Software and Data Engineering graduates a great opportunity to jump-start their career in tech. The program provides full-time employment allowing graduates to be part of an exciting group of experienced engineers across all our tech platforms.
