He is the co-founder of QuestFriendz, a STEM educational company to encourage young children including little girls to participate in STEM careers. 

Thomas is experienced in building inclusive and diverse high-performance teams across diverse industries (web, telecoms, aerospace, television, media) and tech spaces (embedded systems, internet software, system software, cloud computing and parallel computing) from software and development tools down to architecture layers. Furthermore, at Typeform, Thomas is building an engineering site in South America where gender diversity is one of the mission objectives.

Chuck is a recognized leader in Diversity and Inclusion (D&I). Leveraging more than a dozen years of experience building, deploying, and managing D&I practices, Chuck delivers measurable, business-focused solutions that meet the demands of complex organizations. He has guided some of the world’s largest companies in addressing their D&I challenges while increasing their eminence as diversity leaders.

Victor is the Head of Engineering at HER App! Victor has been coding since he was a pre-teen. He has been a technology enthusiast since he can remember, which pushed him to learn, try, build and ultimately pursue Computer Science as a profession, something that coupled with the fact that Spain at the time wasn’t the best market for it, ultimately leading him to leave Zaragoza (hometown) for the lively Dublin first, the Netherlands after and, finally landed in the UK where he has been the last 6 years. He has spent the last 17 years working on IT and the last 6 supporting other engineers as a leader. He loves building stuff and in the last years, discovered that building processes, teams and groups of people to work towards a common goal is as satisfactory as building a CDN (which he has done).

Julien is a product-driven leader with 15+ years of experience specializing in product innovation, strategy and development with a strong focus on user experience. He has worked on building products from scratch with/for many high-profile technology-driven companies.

He is passionate about technology trends and building products & high-performing teams that anticipate the needs of tomorrow!

Buks’ career spans over 15 years working in the private and public sectors at the intersection of
business, public policy, sustainability, and inclusion. He joined Ingka Group’s Equality, Diversity
and Inclusion team in September 2021 and is helping to accelerate how Ingka uses its assets and
influence towards a more fair, equal, and inclusive society.
