You will be leading one or more cross-functional teams in the Assistance Department. This domain consists of 85 people and works towards creating the most seamless customer experience. This segment interacts with customers as they navigate the platform and also develops internal tooling and automating internal processes for improved reporting and monitoring. As a people manager, you will mentor, coach and upskill your team members and create a high-performing work environment. You will work closely with product and other leaders in ensuring progress on product initiatives.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced leader who ideally has
– Mobile Experience (either mobile development or managing mobile teams)
– 3+ years experience managing teams
– Working with Salesforce teams
– Experience in a scaling product development company
