They bring at least three years of expertise in Python, including building data pipelines and REST APIs, and have a proven track record of designing and implementing high-performing search and classification systems optimised for relevance, accuracy, and scalability in the information retrieval domain.
They are self-motivated, thrive in autonomous roles, and excel at problem-solving. Additionally, they are skilled communicators, adept at collaborating across remote teams to achieve clear and aligned outcomes.
