Sitting on 1b evaluation, we’re working with a HR tech product who are in their prime right now, achieving Series E 125m recently too. This product was founded out of Vancouver (450 people), but has a base here in Berlin, with around 20 people.

They have over 60,000 customers in 75 countries, and work with businesses to streamline their HR processes, and to bring them closer to their employees by looking at people analytics and workforce planning.

What To Expect

Working on one of the newest products in the business, helping the product to scale

Lead and mentor junior software developers

Understand requirements, refine them, and translate them into product definition and technical design

Ensure the product is able to run 24/7 and is secure, scalable, and cost-effective

Work with a modern tech stack including Kotlin, React, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, AWS and more

Ideal Candidate

  • Kotlin experience 5+ years
  • Mentor or team lead experience
  • Strong experience with data structures and algorithms
  • Prefer working in the office
