About the job

You will be joining a mission-driven, women-led recruitment team, in either Amsterdam or Berlin. You will get an understanding of what some of our key accounts are looking for in terms of volume hiring, culture-add/fit, expectation management, community development initiatives and branding. You’ll be responsible for advising some of Europe’s top tier tech companies in how to hire, attract and retain women in tech, while also giving back to the women in tech community through advice, mentorship, co-ordinating and attending industry events. We’re a young and very ambitious business which means every idea around our growth, little or big, that helps push our mission forward is valued, so expect to be heard and contribute actively in making an impact and closing the gender gap in tech.

Our ideal candidate

  • 3+ years experience in agency recruitment, alternatively a mix of agency + in house recruitment experience can be considered
  • Experience working and advising on DE+I topics
  • Open minded and ready to learn and adapt
  • Self-starter with a strong desire to build something new and succeed
  • Track record in managing and developing junior recruiters
  • Organised and disciplined work ethic
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong communication skills in English
