You will lead a team of 4 senior engineers who are a part of the web interface team. This team is integral to enhancing clarity and transparency for the user, ensuring they find the best deal and is also responsible for the advertisement on the website.
This position will be both management and hands on coding (Typescript + React), developing the core product and making sure the architecture is solid. You will mentor and guide your team on their career development and promotion plan, establishing psychological safety and collaboration.
You will report to the head of engineering and work together closely with product and other team leads to ensure that the product roadmap is being achieved and improved.
Our ideal Candidate is a someone with
– Management experience
– Proficiency in modern Front-end languages (React, Typescript, HTML, etc)
– Experience in a Scale-up product development company
