You will be leading two teams consisting of 12 that are responsible for the segment of the foundations of the core system. This segment looks after all the platforms that the bank relies on, and where customer’s accounting and financing are calculated. This foundational layer of the business has an API layer which integrates with the systems and provides APIs to internal customers, the engineers. As a people manager, you will be mentoring and supporting your team, creating a collaborative and high-performing work atmosphere. You will work closely with product and other managers to optimise process flows and progress on product initiatives.
