As a hands-off people manager, you will lead a cross-functional team of engineers. You will be responsible for their professional success as well as the overall technical quality of the projects you work on. You will have influence on defining the technical roadmap and ensuring the technical solutions align with the business demands and vision of the company. As this company continues to grow, you will help scale the engineering team while maintaining team health.
We are looking for an engineering manager who ideally has:
-1-2 years of leadership experience in a product-led environment
-Excellent communication skills
-Experience working in an startup environment
