We are currently working with a digital health company in Berlin that builds and owns a leading platform for medical students and doctors to access updated, easily digestible, medical knowledge to make informed medical decisions.
You will be joining a collaborative, open and inclusive team that offers flexible working. As a lead, you will own and evolve the frontend architecture while overseeing best practices, user experience, monitoring metrics, testing and frontend performance for over 20+ engineers. There will be constant need to improve the teams performance by giving/receiving constructive feedback and help shape and maintain effective work processes. The role will be embedded in an existing team with hands on coding and leadership on the frontend chapter.
The ideal candidate for this role is a self-driven engineer with the passion to inspire others and get things done. Must have frontend state management and have launched products and features successfully to production.
