You will be joining a Payments subsidiary of a notable eCommerce business. You will be responsible for leading the entire technical architecture on the platform. There are over 80 microservices and significant plans to scale that out in the future. You will be working primarily with a Java ecosystem but there are also a number of other technologies at play.
This is one of the highest IC roles within this large-scale eCommerce business. The ideal candidate will have experience working with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and Cloud technologies at scale. If you have led architectural decisions on high-volume platforms previously and are looking to kick that scale up a level, then this role is for you.
