This company is developing a software that will help improve diversity and fairness in companies. The tool is set to record all interdependencies between various fields of action such as; salary structure, human resources development, recruitment and working hours e.t.c
Fair treatment of all employees is being regulated by law in more and more countries and in the near future detailed reporting obligations can also be expected for companies in Germany. Therefore this software will cater for all employees – regardless of gender, origin, disability or age.

What to Expect
You will work in our small team to implement the Backend architecture and you will always be in direct contact with the product, design and support team. Be part of the movement and contribute improving diversity and fairness in companies!
Ideal Candidate
You are an experienced Developer who:
- has 5 years of experience and knowledge of Python (Django)
- upper Intermediate German (B2)
- passionate about the product and the company’s mission to built a non-discriminatory future in companies.
