What To Expect
You will be joining a UK-based fintech company scaling-up as they expand their engineering department. They are looking for someone who can take ownership of the architecture, design, development, deployment, and operations of the microservices you will develop. Someone who has a proactive approach and is active, solution-oriented member of autonomous, cross-functional agile teams collaborating with multiple teams. You will be working with state-of-the-art technologies like Python, Fast.API, AWS, serverless, and Kubernetes.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Experience building high performance, distributed systems and of driving and using modern development practices such as BDD and TDD would be highly advantageous
- Passion for beautiful, well tested code and an in-depth understanding of the entire development process (design, development and deployment)
- Highly motivated self-starter who values autonomy and getting things done, excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment
