What To Expect
As Tech Lead, you will be responsible for developing the MVP, and as the company grows, scale and lead your team of developers. You will have full autonomy on technical decisions and architecture. Additionally, you will collaborate with the founders and work with stakeholders on tailoring the MVP to fit the needs of the client.
Our Ideal Candidate
You are an autonomous worker who ideally has:
- 8+ years experience in software engineering
- Full stack capabilities with a proficiency in Python & React
- Devops experience
