What To Expect
You will be joining a collaborative, open and inclusive team that offers flexible working. You will be working in a cross-functional agile team, taking ownership of the whole software engineering lifecycle, including architecture & design, and building automation & deployment, improving and shaping the team and their process, and influencing product decisions. You will take on and drive initiatives to conclusion: understand the problem to solve, drive alignment & lead to consensus.
Our Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for this role is a self-driven engineer with the passion to inspire others and get things done. Must have backend management experience and have launched products and features successfully to production.
- Over 4+years production experience; with strong experience in PHP, Python or Golang. Experience with Microservices and Kubernetes
- A collaborative attitude, good communication skills and an agile mindset
- Good knowledge of modern end-to-end testing frameworks and strategies, deployment tools, CI/CD experience, and exposure to AWS
