What leaders are paving the way for women in tech?

It takes more than vision to pioneer scalable and sustainable impact. It takes compassionate and bold leadership to devote your time to solve what we believe is the biggest challenge – the gender gap in tech. No matter how you look at it, a more gender-diverse workplace is better for business. 

Despite the lack of mentors and role models and undeniable biases that exist – there are some leaders out there who go above and beyond to increase the number of women and girls accessing tech. We believe everyone has a responsibility to empower others, be inclusive, and to become a leader of conscious inclusion. So who is the Social Impact Award for? 

Nominees should be: 

1. A leader who identifies as she/her of they/them

2. Based in Europe

3. Gives back by investing their time into educating future talent in tech

4. Demonstrated passion, devotion and the need for more girls and women to access technology 

5. Created or are part of a community, business or project that increases the participation of women or girls in tech

Who can nominate? 

ANYONE. We encourage you to nominate yourself, your colleague, a friend, your manager or someone in tech who has inspired you to do more.
