Who will be the next leader disrupting the tech scene?
If you’ve been following Xena for some time now you’ll know that we are strong believers in investing in the next generation of tech talent. We put our money where our mouth is and we invest 12.5% of our fees in inspiring the next generations to come. So you could say our One To Watch Award has a very special place in our hearts.
This award is dedicated to the developers who are passionate about empowering the women in tech community through public speaking at conferences, creating content, becoming a mentor and organising events that support the progression of women in tech. Know anyone who fits this criteria? Good, then we want to hear from you!
We’ve teamed up with HelloFresh, the integrated food solutions group and world’s leading meal kit company to discover Europe’s emerging leaders in tech. We’re on the hunt for that one colleague or friend who is focused on disruption and innovation.
So who is the One To Watch Award for?
Nominees should be:
1. A developer who identities as she/her or they
2. Based in Europe
3. Has experience public speaking in tech
4. Is a woman in tech advocate and invests their time into mentorship and taking part in technology events
Who can nominate?
ANYONE. We encourage you to nominate yourself, your colleague, a friend, your manager or someone in tech who inspires you.
